What I'm Looking For
I'm currently exploring new opportunities where I can bridge engineering expertise with strategic thinking. With over 15 years of experience in DevOps and SRE — including team leadership and entrepreneurial roles — and now completing an MBA at HEC Montréal, I bring a unique mix of technical depth and business insight.
I'm open to fractional advisory roles in cloud architecture, scalability, and platform reliability, as well as hands-on consulting around infrastructure modernization. I'm also interested in early-stage startup environments, where I can contribute as a technical advisor, head of platform, or in a CTO/COO-type role, depending on the context.
Key Projects & Achievements
As the first DevOps hire at a then-early-stage SaaS company (now over 150 employees), I designed and implemented the entire cloud platform from the ground up. Over time, I led platform evolution through multiple cloud providers, enabling high-availability, observability, and developer autonomy at scale.
Elite Sentry is a monitoring SaaS focused on automation and simplicity. As a solo founder, I've designed, built, and iterated the platform architecture while preparing for an alpha launch. The project reflects my end-to-end expertise — from infrastructure and security to UX and business model thinking.
I've worked and studied abroad — including a full academic year at University College London and two years as a consultant in France. These experiences sharpened my adaptability and taught me how to navigate ambiguity, work across cultures, and deliver results in unfamiliar settings.
